• Fuel for the tender and water sports equipment
• Additional fuel for cruising (over 4 hours per day)
• Port fees, anchorages, and private marina fees, including pilot fees, local taxes, and diver fees
• Entrance fees for national parks
• Customs fees and charter licenses if operating outside Croatia
• Waste disposal fees, as well as water and electricity charges taken from shore
• Shipping agent fees, where applicable
• Charter Party’s personal laundry
• Other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included
A.P.A. is paid by the Charterer in addition to the charter fee to cover all relevant costs for the vessel that are not included in the charter fee.
If the A.P.A. does not cover the complete costs, the Charterer will pay the remaining amount on board in cash.
If the expenses incurred during the charter are less than the amount paid as A.P.A., the unspent balance will be refunded to the Charterer at the end of the charter.
A.P.A. does not include a tip for the crew.
